3 Exciting Business Trends That I Love
Lately I’ve been seeing a lot of exciting business trends that are inspiring me. This makes me happy not only for my own business, but also for all the businesses I support.
As an accountant, a wealth coach, and an entrepreneur, I love both watching and predicting financial and economic trends, and I’ve been doing it for years. I love watching the population and consumption levels, and lately I’ve seen some trends that I actually predicted not so long ago…
Here’s what so exciting about these business trends…
In case you didn’t know, I’m an avid gardener. I raise butterflies. And I am passionate about sustainability. And for quite some time I’ve predicted that micro-economies are the future.
Now I am seeing this trend showing up in the small business world! Here’s what I mean by that…
Many small business owners are less about chasing the “big profits” alone, and are shifting focus to more “sustainable and moral growth.” Which is in itself a micro-economy.
Here are the my top 3 favorite trends…
1-Employee owned business models. This encourages the kind of team spirit that makes a business great not only for the consumers, but also for employees.
2-Promoting from within: This encourages employees to feel like they’re truly a part of something, that they are valued, and that they have opportunities for growth and expansion.
3-Prioritizing mental health: I’ve always said that emphasizing work-life balance is a measure of a successful business, and I’m seeing these days that more and more businesses agree with this.
I’m really excited about these business trends, and I’m honored to be building these systems alongside my peers!
Now, how about you? What kinds of exciting business trends are you seeing in your world that inspire you? I’d love to hear about it!
Until Next Time,
Love, light, and MONEY, honey…

Hi, Kaylee,
Excellent commentary! It’s a great trend to be sure. Often, it seems that the real value of employees is not noticed because only their salaries and benefits show up in the “bottom line.” However, the energy, attitude, and dependability they bring doesn’t necessarily make an immediate impact, but it’s still a huge factor.
It certainly is! Glad that this resonated with you!
